If you are on holiday with your family or on your own, the spa is the perfect place to escape and relax. The spas onboard offer a wide variety of treatments from deep tissue massages, nail and beauty treatments, fitness programes and even male hair cuts too. You can choose these for a sea day or for a day in port with beautiful scenic views.

The Oasis Spa and Salon is offered across the fleet, with each ship offering a unique experience by highly trained and professional staff. You can choose a thermal suite and hydrotherapy pool or The Retreat which is exclusively for adults, all dependant on what cruise ship you travel with. If you want to view all of the treatments offered on your cruise once you book, you can access this on My Cruise, 365 days before departure, however if you want to check before you book, you can also do this on the P&O website under “Our Ships“.
To book you have to be 18+ on your embarkation day to be able to book online however, you can book onboard. Booking onboard also allows you to book treatments for 14-18yrs who will need to be accompanied by an adult on specific treatments.

What does each spa offer? there is acupuncture, barbers, fitness class, hair and beauty salon and a wellness spa across the fleet. The Arvia, Iona, Britannia, Ventura and Azura have an additional Medi- Spa and The Retreat. Ships that have a thermal suite also in the spa are Arvia, Iona, Ventura, Azura and Arcadia. A hydro therapy pool is available on the Arvia, Iona, Britannia, Arcadia. As the Arvia is the biggest and newest of the fleet she offers additional spa luxuries such as; a cold room, salt sauna, wellness suite.
On embarkation day the spa holds a raffle where you can win a range of treatments for FREE! Also the spa has one off deals on through out the cruise which you can find in the daily Horizon.
